Job Description:
The vacant position is for the post of Assistant
Director (Legal) on a contractual basis for a period of two years, which
can be extended based on performance. The ideal candidate should have a strong
legal background and experience in dealing with energy-related matters. The
responsibilities of the Assistant Director (Legal) include, but are not limited
to:
Drafting and reviewing legal documents,
agreements, and contracts related to the energy sector
Providing legal advice and guidance on
regulatory matters
Representing the Ministry in legal

Ensuring compliance with relevant laws,
regulations, and policies
Collaborating with other stakeholders to

Qualifications:
