Head Operations:

experience in operations management and will be responsible for providing
strategic direction, planning and overall management of the operations of the
bank.
Head Information
Technology:
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant
experience in IT management and will be responsible for providing strategic
direction, planning and overall management of the IT operations of the bank.
Business Development
Officer (BDOs):
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant
experience in business development and will be responsible for providing
strategic direction, planning and overall management of the business
development operations of the bank.
Qualification:
Applicants must possess a Master or Bachelor degree in
